Our Hiring Process at Chemgenix Laboratories Pvt. Ltd.
At Chemgenix, we believe in a transparent, structured, and merit-based hiring process to ensure we onboard the best talent. Our recruitment cycle is designed to be efficient, inclusive, and engaging, ensuring a seamless experience for all applicants.
ChemGenix manufactures a range of chemotherapy drugs, including Gemcitabine HCl, Melphalan HCl, Carboplatin, Imatinib Mesylate, Temozolomide, Cisplatin, Paclitaxel, Thiotepa, Chlorambucil, Nilutamide, Irinotecan HCl, Bortezomib, Vincristine, Vinorelbine, Carmustine, Oxaliplatin, Docetaxel, Busulfan, and Methotrexate.
The company holds a GMP certificate from the Drugs Control Department, Govt. of AP, and a drug license for manufacturing various drugs. Major clients include Biogenta Life Sciences, Beta Drugs, Adley Labs, Hetero Drugs, and others. ChemGenix operates with state-of-the-art facilities and a highly skilled team, focusing on oncology molecule development and efficient pharmaceutical manufacturing. Its facilities in Visakhapatnam support R&D and pilot manufacturing for Oncology APIs.

Based on business expansion and team requirements, we assess hiring needs across different departments. Openings are approved and listed internally before external recruitment begins.
Job Posting & Applications
Open positions are posted on our website, job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms. Interested candidates can apply directly through our Careers Page or via email. Internal referrals are encouraged, as we value recommendations from our employees.
Application Screening & Shortlisting
Our HR team carefully reviews each application, assessing qualifications, experience, and alignment with the role. Shortlisted candidates are contacted for the next step.
Initial Interview – HR Screening
A preliminary discussion with HR to evaluate cultural fit, career goals, salary expectations, and availability.
Technical & Departmental Interview
A detailed technical assessment conducted by the respective department heads. Depending on the role, candidates may be asked to complete a technical test or case study.
Final Interview – Leadership Round
Senior management meets with the candidate to assess alignment with the company’s vision, values, and long-term growth.
Offer & Negotiation
Selected candidates receive an offer letter, including compensation, benefits, and joining details. Negotiations, if needed, are handled transparently before final confirmation.
Background Verification & Documentation
Once the offer is accepted, a background check and document verification are conducted.
Onboarding & Induction
A structured onboarding program ensures a smooth transition into the company. New hires are introduced to their teams, company policies, and key stakeholders. Hiring Cycle Timeline
